The SONY DSR-300 is the ultimate wedding and special event video camera.  It requires very little light and delivers excellent color & detail reproduction.   

     Besides our expert staff, the reason our video quality is so good is because of the Sony DSR-300 professional video camera.  As you can see is not a consumer camcorder, but a professional camera used  by professionals world wide.  This and our many other cameras are very sensitive to light and color.  It is a 3-Chip camera and it uses chips that are 2-3 times the size of the ones in consumer equipment.  This means the video will be sharper and the color will be truer.

     Since all of cameras are of broadcast quality, we can shoot a very high quality video in lowlight situations.  This means that we never use a light during a ceremony and only use lights during the reception when they are needed.  The lights we do use are not blinding bright, but they are bright enough light to produce a truly incredible picture. 
All of our wedding packages include wireless microphones for excellent sound reproductions.  This is what guarantees that the vows are heard clearly.  For ceremonies we always use a tripod for all the important shots.  This allows us to produce steady movement during the ceremony and allows us to use the full extent of our high power zoom lens without any shaky video.  For the reception we use both hand-held and tripods for various scenes.  This means while you are taking pictures the camera is stable but when on the dance floor we do not get in anyone's way.

North Productions editing systems are all computer based.  They are also all digital, so there is no quality lost in the editing process.  All of our final VHS tapes & DVDs come directly from the digital masters.  We also offer a full array of special effects that are included in every package.  These range form simple page turns to complex 3D animations.  Every wedding package also comes with a customized opening title.
